Life as it should be…
…that’s the slogan of Orascom Development Holding, the swiss-egyptian company behind the €1.1 billion project Lustica Bay located in Tivat, Montenegro. When the company fist came to the country there was nothing on this side of Tivat, except for steep hills, rocks and bushes all the way to the sea. Preparatory works started back in 2012 and now, 7 years down the road, a large portion of the first part of the project, Marina Village and a 176-berth marina, is completed and has been home to its residents for two full years.
The masterplan includes the existing Marina Village with the main marina, upper village (with shops, school, hospital, post office, etc), seven hotels, a signature golf course with villas, a small 50-berth marina with residential part and an exclusive residential area with hotel and branded villas. All of this spread over 6.9 million m2 of land.
Where the sun smiles and the sea is whispering
Marina Village officially opened in Summer 2018, although the handover of first units took place in Spring 2017 and most of the homeowners spent that summer in their new homes in Lustica Bay. But it’s with the grand opening of The Chedi Hotel, the first out of seven hotels, and adjoining retail that the village truly came to life. Currently there are three restaurants, a café, bakery, several fashion shops and a grocery store.
Marina Village properties
The Marina Village is set right above the main marina, offering to its homeowners amazing sea views. The location ensures convenient connections to transportation, shops, restaurants, public spaces and the waterfront.
When completed, Marina Village will have over 200 units including apartments, townhomes and villas.
